AP&W carried out an extension of the offices and a full refurbishment and fit-out of the existing premises to create “plug-and-play” office accommodation for quick and flexible occupation. The works included a full strip-out and a full redecoration and refurbishment including new fixtures, finishes, wiring, data cabling, lighting and flooring. Bespoke kitchenettes, built in our central London joinery were fitted to the offices and the bathrooms remodelled and retiled.
