Herbal Hill

AP&W carried out a refurbishment of the existing building at 3-7 Herbal Hill. The works to the offices involved stripping out and replacing the existing internal finishes, the installation of meeting rooms and the upgrade of the lighting and cabling services to create flexible offices suited to modern occupiers. Bespoke kitchens and breakfast bars constructed at our specialist London workshop were installed to each floor. The project extended to include the installation of new showers, improvements to the bathroom facilities and a full refurbishment of the reception space. The works were completed with a tenant in occupation, necessitating careful planning to minimise disruption.
